Susie West Nominated for Top 50 E-Invoicing Leaders 2026
Susie West, founder and CEO of sharedserviceslink, has been nominated for TaxTech500’s Top 50 E-Invoicing Leaders 2026.
Susie has worked in e-invoicing since 2002, helping businesses understand its benefits and what it takes to implement it. She founded sharedserviceslink in 2007 to support accounts payable and accounts receivable teams as they moved towards electronic invoicing.
Since then, e-invoicing has moved from a largely voluntary business decision to a government requirement in a growing number of countries. Through sharedserviceslink, Susie helps Finance, Tax and IT professionals understand changing requirements and prepare for implementation.
Her work includes webinars, reports, guides, interviews and regular e-invoicing round-ups. She also asks tough questions of technology providers to help businesses assess their options and understand which providers best suit their needs.
Beyond sharedserviceslink, Susie leads GENA’s UK Chapter and sits on the UKeLab group and HMRC’s Technical Working Group, contributing to discussions about the UK’s approach to e-invoicing.
