sharedserviceslink is a business community built to help mid-sized, large, and enterprise companies implement electronic invoicing successfully.

Susie West founded sharedserviceslink in 2007 — after having worked in the e-invoicing industry in its very early years — with the aim to help AP and AR teams mature in order to facilitate a more seamless adoption of e-invoicing.

In 2025, the EU announced VAT in the Digital Age whereby all 27 Member States will need to mandate B2B electronic invoicing by 2030. This initiative puts pressure on most firms to implement e-invoicing for the issuing and receipt of B2B (and sometimes B2G and B2C) transactions.
