This is a global problem: people in procurement have less and less time to do the job they want to do. The company wants them to be strategic – to focus on risk and cost reduction – but they are suffocating under regulations.  

Pre-Covid it was bad, but since 2020, Procurement still finds itself under an uncomfortable load of endlessly updated and added-to regulations. In the first Chapter (of 3) of my interview with Olivier Berrouiguet, CEO, SynerTrade, we will cover:
