Avalara, Inc., a provider of tax compliance automation software, announced the launch of Avi, a generative AI chatbot designed to improve support and product experiences for customers and partners. Avi is now available in the Avalara Global Support Portal and the Avalara Portal product interface, providing a faster and easier way for users to find answers and resolve issues.
Avi leverages Avalara's custom knowledge base and continuously learns and improves. The AI assistant helps users save time by offering quick answers to product questions, troubleshooting assistance for common issues, and directions to additional resources for further help.
