Bolivia’s National Tax Service (SIN) has withdrawn the 1 October 2026 deadline for taxpayer Groups 9–12 to move exclusively to e-invoicing.

The groups comprise specific taxpayers identified by tax registration number in SIN’s published lists. Resolution RND 102600000038, issued on 30 September, repeals their designation resolutions and amendments. It does not repeal the arrangements for Groups 1–8.

The fixed deadlines for the four affected groups have been withdrawn, but this is not an exemption from e-invoicing. SIN will periodically assign an e-invoicing method to VAT taxpayers who had not adopted one when the resolution was published, taking account of system adjustments.

Affected businesses should therefore monitor SIN’s communications for their assignment.
