On July 29, DGFiP (Direction Générale des Finances Publiques), the French tax administration, approved Pagero’s Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP) application to provide e-invoicing and reporting services in France.

Initially announced in 2020, the French government confirmed that a countrywide e-invoicing and e-reporting mandate will be gradually rolled out starting from September 1, 2026. Pagero has been an active and committed local vendor in France since 2016 and entered the process to become a PDP in 2023 along with over 60 vendors.

Pagero has actively worked towards an open and scalable e-invoicing infrastructure in France for years and is today the single Peppol Service Provider for Chorus Pro, the French B2G e-invoicing hub.

Following the approval, further interoperability testing with other approved PDPs and testing towards the new government public invoicing portal (Portail public de facturation or PPF) will take place once it has been established.

“DGFiP’s approval of Pagero’s PDP application confirms the dedication we have demonstrated to further solidify our position in France and the commitment to offer all-encompassing compliance and automation services to businesses – be it local or overseas – operating in the country. Pagero has been long committed to strengthening open interoperability in France. Since 2020, we have been part of the FNFE-MPE e-Interoperability Charter. We have as well been among the initiators of the Peppol POC France aimed to ensure frictionless multilateral interoperability among service providers operating in the country,” says Nazar Paradivskyy, VP Regulatory Affairs at Pagero.
