The UAE authorities have launched the accreditation portal for companies wishing to become e-invoice Accredited Service Providers in the country. This move aligns with the government's efforts to streamline tax reporting and enhance digital compliance through its Electronic Invoicing System, established under Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025.

The purpose of accreditation is to:

  • Protect the interests of the business community and the UAE government.
  • Ensure the ability of Peppol Service Providers to send and/or receive valid eInvoices as per the standards mandated by the Ministry of Finance and report tax data to the Federal Tax Authority.
  • Establish controls whereby only Accredited Service Providers (ASP) are authorized to:

     - Validate and exchange eInvoices in the UAE.

    - Report tax data to the Federal Tax Authority.
