Visma Consolidates Nordic E-Invoicing Businesses

• Four Visma-owned e-invoicing providers will combine under the Inexchange brand from 1st October 2026
• Inexchange, Maventa, mySupply and efacto are being brought together into a single organisation
• The move follows years of acquisition and investment by Visma across the Nordic e-invoicing market
• Visma says the combined business will become one of Europe’s leading e-invoicing providers

Visma is consolidating four of its Nordic e-invoicing businesses into a single organisation as it builds a much larger position in the European e-invoicing market.

From 1st October 2026, Sweden’s Inexchange, Finland’s Maventa, Denmark’s mySupply and efacto will operate under the Inexchange brand.

The move brings together businesses Visma has built and acquired over a number of years.

Visma acquired Norwegian invoice and document management provider Compello in 2020, followed by Danish e-invoicing and system integration provider mySupply in 2022. mySupply brought experience across NemHandel, Peppol and VANS infrastructure.

Rather than continuing to operate its e-invoicing businesses principally as separate Nordic providers, Visma is now bringing several of them together to create a larger European platform.

According to Visma, the combined Inexchange business will process tens of millions of invoices each month and serve customers across Europe.

The timing is important.

E-invoicing mandates are moving rapidly across Europe, while Peppol adoption is accelerating. Providers increasingly need to support multiple countries, regulatory models and reporting requirements rather than individual domestic markets.

Visma describes the consolidation as its “most significant commitment to the e-invoicing category to date”, with the new organisation targeting growing European demand for compliant e-invoicing and e-reporting.

It is another sign of consolidation in the European e-invoicing provider market.
