🌐 Germany released a revised draft of its B2B hashtag#einvoicing rules, including hashtag#EN16931 compliance checks and new provisions for SMEs and specific sectors.

🌐 hashtag#CEN (European Committee for Standardization) will publish an updated version of EN 16931 by Sept 2025 to support hashtag#ViDA, featuring a modernized semantic model and improved syntax bindings.

🌐 Poland’s hashtag#KSeF 2.0 e-invoicing legislation has been submitted to Parliament, with hopes of passage this month ahead of the Feb 2026 mandate.

🌐 The Netherlands confirmed support for ViDA’s 2030 mandate but plans a flexible rollout, focusing on a minimal-burden approach for SMEs.

🌐 Greece has delayed the final phase of its B2G e-invoicing rollout to Sept 1, 2025, casting doubt on the timing for a 2026 B2B launch.

🌐 Croatia has approved a hashtag#Fiscalisation Act mandating domestic B2B e-invoicing and hashtag#ereporting for VAT-registered businesses, though rules for non-residents remain unclear.

UPDATES FOR AFRICA, ASIA AND THE MIDDLE EAST

🌐 Tanzania’s budget proposes extending mandatory e-invoice reporting to all remaining taxpayers, requiring integration with the tax authority via approved invoicing systems.

🌐 The UAE has released key technical documents for its July 2026 e-invoicing launch using the hashtag#Peppol 5-corner model, including local standards, architecture guidance, and provider requirements.

🌐 Malaysia’s updated hashtag#PINT-MY v1.2.0 standard now includes self-billing and other tax-related enhancements, supporting interoperable e-invoicing through the Peppol Network.

🌐 Mauritius confirmed the 3rd wave of businesses coming online in 2025 will be taxpayers with an annual turnover exceeding MUR 80 million (approx. $1.8 million).
