GE Global Operations is transferring 147 finance and insurance jobs to Genpact, according to a notice filed on Wednesday. The workers that will be affected by the redundancies will be offered the opportunity to take on the same position within Genpact.
Genpact was originally a subsidiary of GE but was made an independent company in 2005.
