Tyler Technologies has announced that the city of Glendale, California, has selected Tyler’s Munis® ERP solution to replace the city’s legacy financial and human resource systems. The agreement includes software licenses, related professional services, training and support.

Glendale officials wanted a solution that would deliver reporting and integrate with core city systems to provide transparency for residents, the mayor, city council, and staff across 14 departments. After a competitive review, Glendale chose Munis applications, including financial, human resources and payroll, and general revenues.

The city chose Munis as part of its plan to improve business processes while helping city employees enhance services provided to the community. Glendale employees, residents and external agencies will be able to use Munis to automate many services and drive productivity gains by eliminating redundant tasks.

Glendale joins Santa Monica and other Southern California municipalities in recently selecting Munis to help improve business operations.
