The United Arab Emirates has passed 25,000 participants on the Peppol network, according to Peppol-ID following a more than fourfold increase in its participant count over 30 days.

As of 28 October 2026, the UAE had 25,419 registered participant identifiers, up from 6,076 at the start of the period. The addition of 19,343 identifiers represents growth of 318.4%.

The increase means that around 76% of the UAE’s current participant identifiers were added during the reported 30-day window.

The rise in the UAE’s participant count indicates a substantial expansion in registrations, although the figures do not show how many participants are actively exchanging documents or the volume of transactions. These figures count distinct Peppol participant identifiers, and an organisation may hold more than one identifier.

For UAE's Phase 1 of the E-invoicing mandate (Large Businesses: Revenue of AED 50 Million or More) the deadline to appoint an ASP is 30 October 2026, with a Mandatory E-Invoicing Go-Live deadline of 1 January 2027.

The milestone provides a measure of the UAE’s growing presence on the network.
